PDPS 1.0.4 playtest (Actullay v0.0.4)

Game Updates

• A laser pointer is now generated in the exact direction of the gun barrel. However, occasional inconsistencies may occur.
• Aim Offset is not yet perfect but will be gradually improved (this is the most challenging part 😭).
• Accuracy stats for each weapon have been removed. Bullets now always travel in a straight line (except for shotguns).
• Only 8 skills can now be selected.
• Added a reroll function for skill selection.
• Weapons can now be upgraded into powerful versions by reaching Level 10 with a specific weapon + skill and obtaining a certain item. Hints about these upgrades can be found in facilities. (Would you prefer if I just told you directly?)
• Suit durability is now implemented in gameplay. Durability will deplete first before HP starts decreasing. There are separate items to restore suit durability, and the suit will gradually regenerate if not attacked for a certain period.
• The suit will visually break and develop holes as its durability decreases, though it may not be very noticeable in the game.
• A stun mechanic was developed but removed because it negatively affected the gameplay experience. It may be reintroduced after further refinement.
• A burst-fire rifle has been added, paired with the CupCake suit.
• A sniper rifle has been added, paired with the BHex suit.
• When leveling up, spamming the button will not instantly purchase an upgrade. Selection will only be available after the animation finishes (~1 second).
• Boss patterns and enemy spawn mechanics have been adjusted. Enemies now appear based on time progression. Patterns are still being refined as some parts feel unnatural.
• Bosses now appear upon entering specific rooms after a certain number of encounters. Once a boss appears, you cannot leave the room until the fight is over.

Facility Updates

• Loading speed in facilities has been slightly improved and will continue to be optimized.
• New items can now be obtained in facilities. Unlockable accessories become available upon collecting these items.
• Character outfits and accessories can now be changed in facilities.
• A donor appreciation feature has been added to the PCC facility, displaying the names of those who contributed above a certain amount. 😁

Reward System Updates

• Removed the hacking process during the reward sequence. Once the first dialogue is fully viewed, the suit will be unlocked.
• Added a reward scene. The following items can now be checked:
  • Handcuffs, Plug, ESD, Rocking Horse, Gyno Chair, Network Extender, PenisBand
• Dialogue interactions during the reward scene have been improved for better clarity. Auto-text functionality has also been added.
• Character dialogues have been written and added for different scenes (some translations may be slightly awkward 😥).

UI Updates

• Fixed the black screen issue at startup.
• Unpurchased suits now have a red bar next to them instead of a white bar.
• Suits can now be previewed before purchase.
• Improved Main Title UI and added skill descriptions for each character.

Character Customization Updates

• Tops can now be changed. However, some combinations may look unnatural. This will be refined in a future overhaul of the clothing system.
• Hairstyles can now be changed.
• Face accessories (such as glasses and masks) can now be worn. More accessories will be added over time.
